Our office is open between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am till 12pm on Saturdays, except for bank holidays.
If for any reason our office is closed you can leave a message on our answer phone service, or E-mail us. Our E-mail is checked at regular intervals through the day.

Your credit or debit card details are not handled by us, or stored on our computers, also they are not visible or accessible to any unauthorized persons at any point in the transactions.

Estimates
If you bring your appliance to our shop for an out of warranty repair; we can do an estimate for you (there is a charge of £5.00 for estimates). We will inform you of the repair cost, and if you decide not to have the oven repaired we can dispose of it, or, you can collect it from us. If you go ahead with the repair, your deposit is deducted from the repair cost.

• Panasonic breadmaker ovens,
• Panasonic vacuum cleaners,
• Kenwood and De-Longhi appliances,
• Dualit toasters.

Please, no Gas appliances, Fridges, Freezers, or Air conditioning units, as we do not have the necessary approval or equipment for working with these types of appliance.
Sorry but we do not repair cookers, washing machines or dishwashers either.
