We are service agents for Panasonic and VAX vacuum cleaners.

Panasonic warranty repairs and estimates.
We can visit your house if you live within our call-out area and carry out repairs, or you can bring the cleaner to our workshop, where we will carry out the repair.
If the cleaner is outside of the manufacturers warranty, we can still visit and repair on site, provided you live within our call-out area, but there is a £20 call-out charge.
Alternatively, you can bring it to our workshop, where for a £5.00 deposit we will inspect the cleaner and estimate the cost of repairing it for you.
VAX warranty repairs and estimates.
VAX warranty repairs are carried out in our workshop, we can only call out to your home if we have special aurthorization from the VAX service centre, or a call-out fee of £10 + VAT is paid.
